ARRIVALS AND DEPARTURES
- Check in is available from 2pm. Check out by 10am.
- Room number is only assigned on day of arrival and is only indicated to guests at check-in.
- Room keys are collected from and returned to Reception on arrival and departure.
- Additional room keys require a Bond payment.
MINIMUM LENGTH OF STAY
- Outside of Premium Periods:
- Minimum 2 night stay Friday & Saturday
- Minimum 1 night stay Sunday to Thursday
- Premium Periods:
- Easter: 4 nights
- Christmas/New Year period 23 December to 9 January: 7 nights
- WA school holidays outside Christmas/New Year Period: 4 nights
- Public Holiday weekends outside of WA school holidays: 3 nights
INCLUSIONS
- Fresh towels and linen are provided on arrival to all accommodation.
- All accommodation receives a complimentary basic starter kit on arrival only of soap, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper and does NOT include a daily service.
- Cottages, Chalets, Whole Villas and Villa Retreats are designed to be self-catering.
- Apartment and Villa rooms that do not have private laundry facilities receive complimentary daily replenishment of fresh towels and starter kit items.
EXTRAS
- Extra guest child/adult not on original booking + $40AUD per night.
- Hire roll-away single bed for child use only, 48 hours notice required subject to availability + $40AUD per night + $200 bond.
- Make up sofa bed subject to availability in room + $40AUD + $200 bond.
- Please BYO pool and beach towels as these are not provided.
- Additional charges apply for special requests for extra towels, linen, servicing of rooms or replenishment of starter kit items mid stay and are subject to availability with notice.

- Nightly tariffs quoted and published are for accommodation only and do not include complimentary offerings such as WiFi, replenishment of towels or starter kit items, beverages, meals, servicing of accommodation, or advertised onsite facilities such as swimming pool / spa / sauna / day spa /restaurants.

DEPOSIT PAYMENTS AND BONDS
- All reservations must be accompanied by a valid credit card – Visa or Mastercard only.
- OUTSIDE PREMIUM PERIODS:
NO DEPOSIT required outside premium periods (unless booked within 7 days of arrival) when full payment is required. - PREMIUM PERIODS, GROUPS, WEDDINGS:
50% DEPOSIT on booking and balance payable 2 week prior to check in. - Management reserves the right to charge a bond for accommodation, additional room keys, facilities access or loan items.
- Management reserves the right to charge patrons for any damage to units or their contents, missing items, replacement keys or tags, re-keying of units.
MODIFICATION OF BOOKING
- Management reserves the right to charge $25 per change of stay dates.
- Shortened Stays once in-house – no refunds.
CANCELLATION TERMS
- OUTSIDE PREMIUM PERIODS:
- FREE CANCELLATION up to 8 days prior to check-in.
- Cancellations 7 days or less prior to arrival, no refund.
- PREMIUM PERIODS, GROUPS, WEDDINGS:
- 31 days prior to arrival: the deposit will be refunded less a $25 administration fee;
- 30-15 days prior to arrival: 50% of the deposit paid will be refunded less a $25 administration fee
- 14 days or less prior to arrival, no refund.
BOOKING TERMS
- Bookings during the annual WA School Leavers Week in November are not accepted for guests under 24 years of age.
- Reservations will not be accepted from persons under the age of 18 years, unless accompanied by an adult or guardian sharing the same accommodation
- Management can change unit styles prior to or mid-stay or cancel reservations without notice should unforeseen circumstances prevent the nominated unit style continuing to be available. If the accommodation provided has a lower nightly tariff than the accommodation booked then the difference in monies paid for the affected nights will be refunded to the guest and the guest will not be entitled to any further form of compensation.
- Management can enter accommodation at any time and Management can evict guests for loud, abusive, unruly, threatening, obscene or perceived inappropriate conduct or behavior and monies paid by the guest will be refunded less any charges for additional cleaning / lost or missing items / damages and the guest will not be entitled to any further form of compensation.
- No compensation for any loss of provisions of complimentary services such as guest wifi, or closure of complimentary facilities such as swimming pools, spa, saunas, or during short periods of less than 12 hours for power/water/gas outages.
- Full loss of power/water/gas to accommodation for periods of more than 12 hours: advance notice may not be possible. In-House guests will be given the option to stay on and received a 30% discount for each affected night, or cancel and receive a full refund for each unused night. Guests who have not yet checked-in will be given the option to cancel and receive a full refund, or choose to stay and received a 30% discount for each affected night.

- Guests are responsible for own laundering and washing of dishes.
